We recommend that users receive training from SoftGenetics, LLC to familiarize themselves with proper operation of the software. To facilitate analysis of data generated with GenePrint® Systems, we supply panels for use with GeneMarker®HID software (with customizable analytical range, stochastic range, heterozygous imbalance and stutter filters for each marker). 3500 data requires GeneMapper® software version 4.1 or 5.0. Note: 31 xl data can be analyzed with GeneMapper® software version 4.0 and later.

For instructions on importing the files into the respective software, please review the Data Analysis section of the appropriate GenePrint® System Technical Manual. We recommend that users receive training from the software manufacturer to familiarize themselves with proper operation of the software. For each software version, the files are zipped together for convenient download. To facilitate analysis of data generated with GenePrint® Systems, we have created panels, bins and stutter text files for use with different versions of the GeneMapper® software.
